Article 1. The General Conditions of Sale

These general conditions of sale apply exclusively between the site https://www.eveil- esprit.com, (hereinafter "the site") and any person making a purchase via the site https: // www .eveil-esprit.com (hereinafter the “Customer”).
The general conditions of sale may be subject to modification at any time. The general conditions of sale applicable are those in force on the site on the date of placing the order by the Customer.

Article 3. Legal capacity

The Customer declares to be at least 18 years old and to have the legal capacity or to have parental authorization allowing him to place an order on the site.

Article 4. Acceptance of the general conditions of sale

The Customer acknowledges having read, at the time of placing the order, the general conditions of sale. He expressly declares to accept them without reservation. The general conditions of sale prevail over any other stipulation, except express and written exemption.

Article 5. Order

The automatic recording systems provide proof of the nature, content and date of the order. The Customer receives an email confirming the acceptance of his order at the email address he provided.

The sale is only concluded from the confirmation of the order.
Any order placed by a Customer with whom a dispute is in progress at the time of the order may be canceled by the site at its sole discretion.

Article 6. Delivery

Telephone consultations are by appointment and fixed in advance.

Any delay in the schedule fixed between the client and the site will be deducted from the consultation time.

The other services sold are sent directly to the email address that the customer has indicated on his order.
The site undertakes to provide the Customer with valid digital files in working order. It is not however responsible for the inability of the customer to use (unarchive, open, read, etc.) these files since this inability is not due to a malfunction inherent in the files sent.

Article 7. Use of products

The product sold is intended for the personal use of the Customer. Copyright and copyright protect the product. The product may only be used for private use. Article 8. Payment

The Customer can make the payment using his Paypal account or by payment card.

Article 9. Refund

The customer acknowledges that the fourteen (14) day withdrawal period does not apply to the order of personalized service or digital products. Which is carried out by sending download and / or consultation links constituting final delivery. In the event of the purchase of digital content not provided on a physical medium, the customer expressly waives his right of withdrawal.
